I am 4 weeks post op today an returned back to work. I am a teller manager and I do a lot of walking, so I did not sit down today at all bedsides my 30 min break. So on my right abdomen I started having pain mid morning that last all day, it's not excruciating it feels like a tugging or pulled muscle. Tonight I was checking the area out and turns out there is a lump where the pain is. It is about the size of a quarter. It is not near an incision site and when laying down it is more painful so much so I can't sleep on my right side. Anyone have something like this? I hate to call my doc and it be something stupid.....

I would call the dr. I found that out. I am 6 months post op and have called for several stupid questions but its better to be safe and know then to let it go and regret. They understand you are changing life styles and I for one freaked out at first.

I agree, call your doc....I bet it has something to do with those stomach muscles moving around more.

I would call your doctor... that is what you are paying him the big bucks for !!!! I am 6 months post op and had all kinds of strange feelings while I was healing. Don't ever be afraid to call your doctor, is better to be safe than sorry.

So glad you called, and since it still hurts I hope you have some pain meds to carry while your monitoring? Take it easy, I hope all is well in the end.
