19 lb is a fantastic loss font knock it, I think it's a bit hard with everyone posting there weight losses on the time frame they are doing it in as we are all so different xx tell me has there been any other time in your life before your bypass where you lost 19 lb in 3 weeks??? Xx

Everyone losses at a different pace. Some people that have less to lose do so at a slower pace then those that have a lot to lose.

Don't worrie that someone is lossing faster then you it will come off.

Stay off the scale just 1 time a week or you will be disappointed with what you see and cut back on your food intake. This is not good don't put your body in to starvation mode you won't lose any weight. Your body will hold on to what ever you eat.

Besides the scale may not move but your body is still changing, ie like your rings are lose your pants hang low your shirts are baggy. Even your shoes don't fit right any more . iT WILL COME OFF give it time.

19 lbs or 30 lbs in 3 weeks WAY TO GO keep it up
