PaulB 346 Posted October 30, 2012 Everyone losses at a different pace. Some people that have less to lose do so at a slower pace then those that have a lot to lose. Don't worrie that someone is lossing faster then you it will come off. Stay off the scale just 1 time a week or you will be disappointed with what you see and cut back on your food intake. This is not good don't put your body in to starvation mode you won't lose any weight. Your body will hold on to what ever you eat. Besides the scale may not move but your body is still changing, ie like your rings are lose your pants hang low your shirts are baggy. Even your shoes don't fit right any more . iT WILL COME OFF give it time. 19 lbs or 30 lbs in 3 weeks WAY TO GO keep it up Surgery Anniversary 7/30/
