IF you ever get the chance to walk the Geln do it the views are out of this world. And it's a great work out. From start to Finnish it's 8536 steps 3.91 miles round trip.

Hope the picturs show up so you can see the what a wonder it is. My wife and I where married in the glen 13 years ago last week. We went back to Celebrate. We go every year this time the fall foliage is a wonder to see

I'm not much for being in front of the camera but here goes down 65 lbs my wife has lost 28 lbs just helping me eat healthy
