Please give me your opinions below on whether or not it is similar to what you can eat or if its more or less,or if Im eating the right types of meals and Snacks. Any input would be awesome. Breakfast. Protein shake Mid Morning - sugar free Yogurt or a scrambled egg lunch 1/2 can or so of soup(usually campbells chunky type) Mid Afternoon - small cup applesauce dinner More Soup or turkey chili snack sugar free pudding cup(occasional) 50-64oz of Water per day. edieparks 2 Posted February 4, 2007 Aren't you and I lucky to be in the "hardly any pain" club of bandsters? I still eat llots of Soup at six months. My doctor sort of frowned and wants me to eat more stick to the ribs food. I love my soup though! I feel like at 2 weeks out you are making great choices. I was eating about 2 sf popsicles a day too (40 calories). My favorite is banana still. Keep up the good work. Remember help your band with exercise . I waited 1 week to start walking slowly. I still never exercise fast . edie
Keluliana 0 Posted February 4, 2007 So glad to hear about your recent success and relatively problem-free recovery. It's very encouraging for those of us who haven't gone under the knife yet.
