I think that depends on your job activities if your employed . I'm back to work after 4 weeks but I have a physically demanding job . If I had a desk job my doc said two weeks !!

No problem , I still watch how I lift heavy things at work , but no problems yet !! Lol

I'm an EMT and ER Tech and do very heavy lifting ppl weight plus stretcher and was back after 4 weeks!
