4 Months Old Post Op Vacation

I'm on vacation with my husband, I have been biking, waking, swimming! I have also been eating a lot more than back home. I wonder if it's because of my increased activity? I have lost 65 pounds so far and had no cravings until we went away. I had a piece of pizza and a small amount of popcorn.

I just hope that I don't get too used to eating more once I get back home to my ordinary level of activity!

GLad you are having a good time. Just be careful, a taste here and there. But you don't want to pick up any bad habits that you have fought so hard to leave behind. But it sure sounds like you are enjoying yourself. And being so active is fantastic. Congrats on the pounds lost.
