I keep seeing people say that you don't feel hungry after surgery. I'm about 3 weeks post op, and have felt hunger since I got home from the hospital. I know everyone's going to say its head hunger, but it really doesn't feel like it. So mu question it how do you know the difference?

That's a great question and one that I've never read a really good answer to. But you might find some ideas for dealing with hunger in general in my post "Managing Hunger" -

DLC always has the best answers! But sharing my experience was that I felt the same and thought there was no way it could be head hunger! After about the month mark it went away and haven't felt hungry since!

Hang in there!
