But no pain no loss Surgery Anniversary 7/30/12 And today I started adding inclination to my treadmill walk, and it made me burn 100 more calories than usual. I've struggled with weight all my life, and I seriously can NOT remember the last time I was in the under 300lbs. And we celebrated my daughters 3rd bday on Saturday and it felt so good to hear all the wonderful compliments & today.... 299.6!!!!!!
