I know you will we are all working hard my calf muscles are killing me from bike riding and walking to much yesterday and today. But no pain no loss

And today I started adding inclination to my treadmill walk, and it made me burn 100 more calories than usual. I was excited to see calories burned so fast.

and yes: no pain, no loss :-)

I'm there! *greatest morning* happy to share I am finally out of 3's. I've struggled with weight all my life, and I seriously can NOT remember the last time I was in the under 300lbs. And we celebrated my daughters 3rd bday on Saturday and it felt so good to hear all the wonderful compliments & today.... 299.6!!!!!! Wooohooo
