Sherry 0 Posted October 19, 2012 I am like you, I am doing like I need to and it seems I am stuck. I weighted Oct. 3, 2012 at the drs office 231 and I am still there. The only thing I am having problems with is the Water it seems I wet myself and I hate it. I had surgery Aug. 28 this year.

PaulB 346 Posted October 20, 2012 Time it takes time we can put weight on faster then we can take it off. Stay off the scale weight your self just one time a week. Or you will drive your self crazy if you don't see the scale move every day. Then you will cut back on your eating put your body in to starvation mode and then you won't lose any weight Don't push it the weight will come off.
