Preop Diet Help

My surgery has been approved for 12/10/12, I have everything done and weigh 453, my doctor says I have to be at 419 or they will cancel. Is that even possible? I am rotating between no carb for 1 week and liquid for 2 weeks per doc orders. Any advice would be great.

I just started my liquid diet in anticipation of getting approved. I drink three Protein Shakes a day which consists of a light yogurt, chocolate Protein Powder, a cup of Water and ice. It's delicious and amazing how the Protein curbs your appetite. Good luck. You can do it!

I lost 25 lbs on my pre op diet. I only drank Protein Shakes, sugar free drinks, ff broth and pickles. Its possible!!!!
