BBdoodle 483 Posted October 17, 2012 bread scared me at first right after surgery. My surgeon said only have toasted bread etc. and when I had some Pasta it did not set right in my pouch. Limit the carbs... it does not help with weight loss at all. Cravings are all in the mind.
