PaulB 346 Posted October 14, 2012 Your problem has come up at support group meeting . What I'm told is your pouch will hold about 2-3 oz of food ver time your pouch will grow to hold about a cup of food. The slower you eat and the longer you take to eat the more you should be able to get in. So as time goes by 2-3 oz at times will grow to be 3-4 or 4-5 oz. but not all the time I feel, this way at times and have to stop my self from eating to much Becuse it takes 20 min for your pouch to send the signal to your brain that you are full. And if you over eat it will stretch your new pouch and hurt like hell. So to make a logs answer short there is nothing wrong with your eating. As far as your legs go are you walking to much after surgery and it still happens today my knees hurt when I walk to much. But it is still a good idea to talk to your doctor about your legs Surgery Anniversary 7/30/
Anniesmom12 181 Posted October 15, 2012 I am finally able to drink more at a time, which makes me happy...I feel as if i can quinch my thirst now. However my legs are also killing me too! I am 2months out as of yesterday, and it seems as if my legs are hurting more the further out I get! i am used to walking 4-5 days a week at least 2 miles, but yesterday I went to a theme park and my legs hurt so bad when I got home and all day today! Not sure what to do for it!!
