Good idea. I'll try to call them tomorrow. The number I have for my plan is our company's insurance liaison Accolade. They are great at helping get things approved paid etc but they only can see what's been processed.

Found out today that the insurance coordinator never sent my info in last week like she said she would... And she's been on vacation this week. SERIOUSLY!?! I'm trying so ard to stay patient!

FINALLY! I received the call today! I am approved and surgery set for November 30th!!! I couldn't be more excited!!!!!
