I will probably be going back to work tomorrow or Thursday. No pains meds since the first night home and I took that just in case before bed. I really have no complaints. No problems really. mizzlaw 130 Posted October 10, 2012 So i took binder off yesterday to see how my stomach muscles are holding up after my surgery , which was oct 3rd, let me tell u i was in extreme pain..... Its a necessity, i must wear it.... My stomach muscles hurt sooooo bad without it..... Im scared long term Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
