cookier224 238 Posted October 8, 2012 I thought I had the Protein food thing figured out but every time I drink a shake I dump. There is only one gram of sugar and yet I dump. If I eat meat I do not dump. How can I get 89 grams in without shakes? Please help.

sbsmith 29 Posted October 8, 2012 I was making mine with milk and they were so thick they took allot longer to get down and i would feel sick if i drank too fast. So today i made mine with Water. Allot thinner and easier To go down. So try that. I've also been told you can make them with juice idk why but that's an option.
