Shonabear 107 Posted February 2, 2013 Question guys' date=' we are 3 months out now. I'm never really hungry but I still find myself at night snacking!! Nothing like I did before but I do find myself eating not so good for us stuff. Do any of you have this problem and what do you do for it? Like I said, I'm not really hungry but I don't want this to become a habit! I've lost 63 lbs now and I certainly want to keep losing and defiantly do not want to be someone that regains!![/quote'] Just pick something healthy too snack on. I snack on beef Jerky and turkey sausage. It helps. 1 soontobehealthymom reacted to this

Sounds like your sugar may be a little low at night (it drops for some people---including myself!). Down the Water and allow yourself a fruit snack. While you may "crave" the not-good-stuff, I'll bet the fruit snack will pick your sugar up a bit and satisfy your cravings. ie little cup of peaches, mandarins, or pears (packed in own fruit juice) topped with cottage cheese and honey (if desired) 2 soontobehealthymom and mizzlaw reacted to this
