mizzlaw 130 Posted October 7, 2012 I am a strong independent female, my husband was very unsupportive, my mother along with a nanny helped me. you have no idea how absolutely necessary it is to have someone the days following surgery, let me tell you i have high tolerance or pain but this pain was the worst i have ever experienced in my life. kristy3k 1,133 Posted October 7, 2012 I feel very fortunate that my husband took the first week off. I had a hard time getting up from the sitting position for the at least first 5 days. I was in so much pain. After that first week I was good to go. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
