Can anyone please give advise on how to get past the stuck / stall phase. I'm at 217, it borders from 217 to 219 regardless or walking, increase in Protein etc. maybe I'm missing something. Thanks!!

sounds like you are doing everything right... are you drinking all your Water? ? Im heading towards onederland too... I'll meet you there :D

Ugh I hovered between 205-201lbs for weeks. Just stay away from the scale
