LosingItForMe2011 320 Posted October 7, 2012 Well we're on our backs the entire time during surgery and in the hospital bed. I know for me I had to get up and walk. The gas can cause issues as well. How far out are you from surgery?

How far out are you from surgery? 4 days... feeling like everything stops at my chest-bone (even water) ... walking definitely helps alot! Just wondering what I did to myself!! Take it day by day and the pain subsides and you will feel better soon. Walk and have faith in the process.
