My daughter is with her father so i took my 3 sons for a walk down the beach and back! Poor things were exhausted. not sure how far we walked but it took an hour and I'm thinking it was just over a mile! I feel great just trying to get moving. Wed I'll be 2Weeks post op and returning to work that day!! Very excited!

Nope shower and getting my errands done but I'm sure they will nap in the car lol

I drove the route i walked today 2.3 miles! Didn't realize it was so far lol
