LosingItForMe2011 320 Posted October 7, 2012 2 weeks isn't considered a plateau yet but, there are things you can do. Go back to basics.....make sure you're logging all your food intake and Water intake. Change up your exercise. Make sure you're getting enough sleep. Watch the food you are eating...is it higher in carbs now versus when you started. If so adjust it and back off on some of the carbs. Are you getting enough healthy fat and Fiber in your diet? Are you having BMs normally and regularly. It can play a part in weight fluctuations. If you're doing everything by the book and at the right amounts....keep at it and that scale will move for you.
