Everyone kept saying I won't feel hungry for like a year after surgery but the day after surgery I was hungry. And it's not just head hungry by stomach is actually growling. Wtf?!?

my stomach made noises for weeks but not hungry feeling. sometimes i want food, but not hungry like i used to be.

sometime when you're dehydrated your stomach makes you feel like you're hungry. Are you getting enough Fluid in?
