dmkar 7 Posted October 5, 2012 I am just going to try to be really careful of what I eat. I am in too much pain most days to be able to exercise much. Vicki Loichinger 444 Posted October 5, 2012 Welcome and good luck and you might want to try writing everything down that you are eating. This is most likely one thing the nutritionist will have you do after you meet with them. And you will be a step ahead getting into the habit of writing things down. And it really comes to the front of your mind when you actually write it down. I have lost 15 pounds pre op just by feeling more accountable to what I was eating. Hope this helps. dmkar 7 Posted October 5, 2012 I had already gotten the myfitnesspal app but had not been real consistent in logging everything. I am now being much more diligent in logging everything that goes in my mouth. Thanks for the info on the shakes! Gonna get some next time I go for groceries.
