LosingItForMe2011 320 Posted October 4, 2012 I was allowed milk when I left the hospital. It was considered a liquid. I had the option of mixing my shakes with either. I used Water because it made my shake thinner and at the time my pouch seemed to want that more. Now it depends on how much Protein I've had for the day.
