I hit ANOTHER STALL! :(. So not fun! I'm doing everything right and not losing again! Any suggestions?!?!

Join the club !!! I am at a stall for the past month and a half :( I follow my eating plan exactly, I exercise a minimum of 45 minutes a day and most days it is (2) 45 minute sessions with my hear rate where it should be. I jog, speed walk, do eliptical etc. etc. I don't know what else to do but just hang on and pray the scale starts moving again.

Maybe your losing fat but gaining muscle at the same time and muscle weights more then fat.
