I read somewhere on here that someone used 2 scoops of unflavored whey for 48 oz of crystal,light....I want to do this, but my question is this. What dos that equal out to be in terms of Protein per serving??

depends on what Protein Powder you are using. Just look on the back at their nutritional value. It should tell you how much Protein per scoop
