Hello wls family I've been gone for awhile but i am back and here is my progress. I started my wl journey back in 2008. From 2008-2011 loss 115lbs on my own. I had a plateau from 2011-2012, when i decided to have wls.

2008 - 359

2010 - 244

2012 - 267

Apr 13 - 267(date of surgery)

My weight today - 192

Total loss since surgery - 75

Total loss - 190
