Starving Feeling

So the last 2 days my upper abdomen has been aching and kinda having the feeling of starving even when I eat it doesn't go away its so weird. I am 3 week post op any ideas anyone?

have you tried chewing some gas x. That worked for me

I am having the same symptoms as well and the feeling is making me nauseas. I also been dry heaving all day. I am 3 weeks post op as well.
