I had surgery 4 weeks ago this coming Monday. I was 256.5 the day of surgery and now yesterday weighed 234. I want to lose 100 yet. What do you put for total calories? Like ur goal calories? I set mine for 800. Is that too little or too much? Thanks for all the help!!!
