Liquid Diet Kudos!

Day 6 of this liquid diet quite frankly im sick of the smell of these shakes but i have lost 12 pounds so im trying to keep pushing

I'm on day 2 of my 14 days. Is anyone else having headaches??

I got awful headaches. To start and they passed about 5 days xx

The headaches are caused from sugar/carb withdrawal. They should get better after a few days. Definitely keep up with your Water intake as well. Sometimes drinking broth or Soup helps with the headache because of the sodium in them.

I didn't have to do a liquid diet before my surgery but, I did do one anyway for three days before. I wanted to make sure my liver was in the best shrunken state it could be in so it would be easier for my surgeon.

My surgeon doesn't require the liquid diet. Just a 1000 calorie diet for 2 weeks before.

Can someone help me .. Do I need Water or can I just carry on with shakes and a little water ???

You need water!! If its hard try adding crystal light or what I got was true lemon and its not sweet
