PaulB 346 Posted October 3, 2012 I find it hard to remember to slow down and chew and not to drink when I'm eating. For 52 years I have been eating this way so it will take time to change bad habits. My support group leader a phycolegist says that it will take up to 40 days to change a bad habit to a good habit and then 20 days after that for it to set in. So we have a long road to travel. We can do it we went though all the hassles of having WLS and jumping though all the insurance hoop we can change our likes for the better. Nobody said it was going to be easy. Those that do haven't had WLS Surgery Anniversary 7/30/
