Watching tv this morning and I see their commercial & they advertise for all shapes??! I go online & they now carry up to size 30 4x. That's amazing! :) the prices are cheaper than lane bryant and they are trendy.

Check them out I ordered the layered tanks since I wear them with everything everyday :)

The great thing about Old Navy is that their plus sizes tend to run big. I lived in Old Navy pre-op, and when you catch a sale you can get things for under $5!!!!!

Do your stores carry the plus size? The stores here carry the misses sizes up to XXL, but not the actual women's plus sizes. I used to love old navy sales! I can't wait to shop there again!

I work at old navy :) FYI if you buy something online you can return it in the store. And our old navy here carries up to a size 20 jeans, and XXL tops. However I have not been able to wear the jeans in forever because an 18 is too small and a 20 is too big. I am hoping now that I am officially an 18 it might fit lol.

I haven't been in an old navy in forever. I was just on the website and was surprised they had 30's and 4x

That's cool! :) but I love online shopping maybe when I get smaller I can go in and not need a plus size side.

Yay for 20's being to big :)

The stores here used to have a plus size section, I loved it. I've been ordereing from them on line for a few years. Their jeans fit me better than any others.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
