That's odd...never heard of this. Are you getting enough fluids in? Are you taking an antacid prescription? Sounds like possible acid build up.

I get them in the morning if I eat Protein first. I have to work into Protein every morning.

I just started taking an antacid prescription and haven't had the foamies for a couple days! So here's hoping it was an acids build up
