kisersassy 369 Posted September 29, 2012 Its not that I crave anything I literally can eat a buffet and a half hour later be starving again. I hate it. It dies this for 3-4 days sometimes longer before I start my monthly. Then during and after it completely goes away

How come I forget to eat not being funny at all but I ate at 8:30am then at 7pm. I forgot lunch. I forgot a snack. If I'm busy I forget to eat. I get really hungry maybe 3 times out of 7 days. I do eat very healthy when I remember meat & salad. Lots of Water.
