Simplysouthern26 92 Posted November 30, 2012 I know this probly sounds bad but here goes.... from the start my family has been very supportive of my choice to have this RNY surgery and has been very involved with all my apps and stuff ((like wanting to know EVERYTHING)) & now that my surgery is monday and I am so stressed and full of emotions as it is I find out that most of them want to be at the hospital with me..... And it might sound mean but this is my time for me I don't want to be stressed out by constant visitors I just want it to be me and my hubby and more than likely my mom ( I am the only child and dad passed away when I was 6) so I can't say no to her but how do I tell the others to stay away without sounding rude or mean because I know they are just trying to be supportive
