luvlife 43 Posted September 28, 2012 Don't focus on Protein the first couple of weeks. Your top priorities should be Water, walk, and rest. Protein is something you work up to, but you need to stay hydrated. Good luck! surgeversary 7/24/12, highest weight 267, surgery weight 262, current weight
luvlife 43 Posted September 28, 2012 You should be able to do your Vitamins now. I started the day I got home. surgeversary 7/24/12, highest weight 267, surgery weight 262, current weight
BBdoodle 483 Posted September 28, 2012 You need to work up to the Protein, my doctor wanted my to get minimum 64 grams/day. I did not have a problem drinking the protein... it took hours but I did do it. I was also instructed to get 64 oz. of Water a day.... Some people need to work up to those numbers - good luck and sip, sip, sip,sip
