RNYlizparris 22 Posted September 27, 2012 I am so happy to be at home. I am trying to keep sipping my Water, but it just keeps giving me gurgley tummy and gas pain. I get up and walk, and usually burp and I am ok. Then I get settled back down, start sipping and the cycle starts again. Is this normal? 1 Cheryl Barfoot reacted to this

believin 19 Posted September 27, 2012 I had this too. I found I could do better with ice chips instead of plain Water. Also crystal light and Vitamin water zero went down better then plain water too for some odd reason. Hang in there!
Expat 27 Posted September 27, 2012 I am17 days post op and still have trouble getting in a liter and a half of Water a day. I find it eaiser to drink tea, but I try to stick to caffine free tea. Warm just seems to go down easies.

JustJenn 542 Posted September 28, 2012 I still have the gurgling! It's so annoying! I found I gurgle more when I lay down. It's a joke now when me and hubby are laying down.... How long will it last? Lol Surgery 7/25/
