Yodelania 60 Posted September 26, 2012 Hi everyone, So I been plateauing for the last month and it just seem to be stuck, so I talked to one of the MDs I work with and she told me that perhaps I'm not getting enough calories, or I'm building muscle and retaining Water due to me exercising much lately. So my question will be any other suggestio? Thanks

DLCoggin 1,788 Posted September 28, 2012 Hi everyone, So I been plateauing for the last month and it just seem to be stuck, so I talked to one of the MDs I work with and she told me that perhaps I'm not getting enough calories, or I'm building muscle and retaining Water due to me exercising much lately. So my question will be any other suggestio? Thanks How far out are you? How many calories are you averaging on a daily basis? Are you getting ALL of your doctor's recommended Protein? Are you getting 64 oz of Water a day? The answers to those questions will often point to a direction to move in to help break the stall. The good news is that even if you do nothing, as long as you're following the protocol and staying active, the stall will pass. We all know how frustrating they are but they're all part of the process. If you can give us a little more info, I'm sure we can give some ideas of things that might help you get back on the downward track!!
