Ellie_Grace 271 Posted September 27, 2012 Yes one time u dumped out if just a few- and for sure my first time was eating a small container of Greek yogurt. Afraid to try again and the plain is nasty even frozen fruit added. Was hoping for a good Greek yogurt but still no luck I guess

Tracym1107 47 Posted September 27, 2012 I'm not sure of the sugar content but I think one container has 8 carbs and 12 Proteins.< /p>

Vicki Loichinger 444 Posted September 27, 2012 I believe it has 7 gr of sugar. Is this too much. For lunch I had one of these with a tablespoon of sugar free fat free vanilla pudding powder and it was soooooo good. I am pre op, nursing a pulled tooth. But I wondered if that is too much sugar for post op. just checked to box 80 calories 0 fat 9 carbs 7 g sugar and 12g of Protein this was the vanilla 5.3 ounces
Ellie_Grace 271 Posted September 27, 2012 My Dr said to keep it below 10G of sugar. I think the other yogurt I had was 11, so this might be doeable for me and if I put in some of my unflavored Protein Powder this might be a change up from the shake. YAY Anyone put Protein powder in a yogurt? Does it taste ok and does it change the texture too much?

YAY Anyone put Protein powder in a yogurt? Does it taste ok and does it change the texture too much?[/quote'] I always put a scoop of protein powder in my yogurt. Then I separate it out into 2 servings...I can only eat half. I've never used flavored but I use vanilla and its pretty good....I even add a scoop of vanilla of I'm eating a blueberry/strawberry/etc one. It ends up giving me an 18 g of protein snack - and that's for just half the container.
