Just an update. Starting weight 371 on7/2/2012 as of today i am at 294 on 9/25/2012. Pretty happy so far but i deff have some work to do. I have been going to the gym with my wife and she is doing great also in our journey of a healthier life. She really keeps me motivated to lose i am lucky to have her to do this with. WE GOT THIS.
