Pre-Op Diet Starts ...today!

Hello all! Well today starts my pre-op diet. 2 weeks of liquids. Woke up this morning & choked down a chocolate shake. Ewww... haven't gotten use to the texture yet. I'm staying focused because surgery is just 2 weeks away!! Yay

Have you tried a different brand? Muscle milk isn't too bad and the premiere brand isn't to awful either. Good luck.

I'm not to far behind y'all, I start on Monday. I have tried a Protein Drink called "Lean Body, On the Go" at Walmart, in vanilla Ice Cream flavor and it is veryyy good. I have a few more samples to try too, the GNC brand, and Unjury. But I may just stick to the Lean Body one, I like it.

I want to get the Unjury one. I want unflavored where I can add to iced Decaf coffee. Vanilla probably would work too. Will have to try

I bought all the Unjury samples and thought i was going to DIE!!!! Good Luck with it!
