rdunkel 6 Posted September 25, 2012 Tomorrow I start my pre-op diet! I will be on Optifast for 2 weeks. At least I'm allowed to have 3 sugar free jello's and 3 sugar free popsicles a day. Then my surgery on October 9th!! 2 HappyGirl and droppingitlikeitshot75 reacted to this

cjoyce 187 Posted September 25, 2012 You'll do great! So strange how different everyone's requirements are...I never had to do a liquid preop diet...just two weeks after surgery.

HappyGirl 10 Posted September 28, 2012 I count the calories in the sugar-free pops but I never thought about counting the liquid in it.
