I know eggs, cottage chz, string chz, ... but what else. I will be on "soft foods" for the next 3 months, so I def need some guidance!! Thanks to everyone... kristy3k 1,133 Posted September 24, 2012 baby bel are those little round cheeses that you see in the deli. I think 6 grams of Protein per round thing and easy to go down because cheese is so soft. LosingItForMe2011 320 Posted September 24, 2012 I used Hormel Turkey chili without Beans, greek yogurt (if you don't like the taste try the Yoplait 100 greek...I can't stomach the others myself), lowfat cottage cheese, Soups you can puree in a blender or with a hand blender, egg beaters, 2%, lowfat or fat free cheeses, poached eggs work, sugar free pudding with Protein powder mixed.
