I am so happy!!! I did it!!!! I have lost the weight I gained from quitting smoking and the amount of. 5 pounds NP wanted me to lose prior to weigh in on Monday. I have lost total almost 8 pounds!!

Thanks it wasn't easy that's for sure. But I am having fun doing it. Now will have to work on the 10 pounds before surgery
