jadeharper 51 Posted September 22, 2012 I'm 5 wks post op and had chips tonight along with a few crackers. They were the only thing that I could eat without making me sick...I've been fighting a flu for a week now. As long as these don't become an every day treat I'm not sure you should worry too much. My only concern with my crackers and chips today is the guilt that I would usually put on myself, so I just don't. It's that guilt that's the start of the ugly cycle of emotional eating an feelings of unworthyness, steer clear of there my dear. One meal at a time, one day at a time and one pound at a time. 1 virgie reacted to this

BBdoodle 483 Posted September 22, 2012 I was a chip lover before surgery, I had my first chip about 2 months post op, I think I had 2 chips. I do stay away from them but have a couple every now and then. When I want to have a little snack I usually have crackers or pretzels.< /em>
nomorefat 74 Posted September 22, 2012 The main reason I was obese was because of potato chips and soda. I have eaten 1 chip on 2 different occasions and they don't taste the same, thank goodness !!!!!
