pianogal7733 33 Posted September 22, 2012 Hello everyone! I'm new! This is my first post! What a blessing this forum is! I've read so many inspiring and helpful posts from people who know exactly how I feel! I'm post op 1 year. I've lost 100lbs! And I feel like a new person! I still have about 10-15 to go and my scales have not moved in about 6-8 weeks! I'm not doing anything I'm not supposed to. I have been working extra hard and it seems impossible. I was wondering if any of you had any suggestions as to what I may try in order to get to my goal. I appreciate any responses and want to say congratulations and good luck to you all!! 1 Cheryl Barfoot reacted to this
MsCook 38 Posted September 22, 2012 Wow! What a success story you are. Congratulations! Maybe you could do a week of the pre-op clear liquid diet that jump starts so many of us before surgery... 1 Debbe reacted to this

pianogal7733 33 Posted September 22, 2012 Rush2121, hang in there!!! You can do it!!! The first few weeks were pretty rough, but I kept the outcome as the center point of my struggles. I knew if I just did my best and what I was supposed to even in those hard frustrating times that it'd all be worth it!! Praying you just stay encouraged and know its all worth it! good luck!!! 1 berniec reacted to this
luvlife 43 Posted September 22, 2012 I have read on here if you mix your food intake up and increase the intensity of your workouts that it helps you break out of a stall. I am currently in a stall (almost 4 weeks now) and have increased my workouts. Unfortunately I can't seem to increase my food intake though. I am only 2 months post op. I can't seem to break through the stall. Going back to the liquid diet sounds like a great idea...Your story is amazing. Congrats on your weight loss journey thus far! And good luck with your last 10-15 lbs.

But I'm thankful for what's been accomplished thus far and for the decrease of health conditions and medications! Yours will start coming right off again...just wait and see!
