nomorefat 74 Posted September 21, 2012 I still can't believe I am saying this, but I find eating to be a pain in the butt. I just don't feel like eating. I am getting Water in , but i have to stop and remind myself to eat.... What do others do that feel this way ???
itzme752 24 Posted September 21, 2012 I feel the same way. I am 5-6 weeks post op and still never feel hungry. What I've had to do is develop a routine and just eat by the clock. My nutritionist wants 3 meals and 2 Snacks a day so I know I have to eat something (or have a Protein shake) at 7 am, 10 am, 1 pm, 3 pm, and 6 pm. This has been the most successful for me. kiwiladydee 402 Posted September 21, 2012 Yep! I'm 3 1/2 months out and I could go a day or 2 without eating. I will remember when I start to feel nauseas. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
