It went well...Surgeon said Im healing nicely I was cleared to work out a lil more and looks like my stall is finally gonna break! 23lbs gone! Woot!

I meet with my new trainer tomorrow. He's had WLS and is now a gym rat so he understands what I need the last guy was in it just for the money.
